Dedicated Leadership, beautiful setting
by chezenbred ,Jul 15 '04
Pros: Setting, Staff, Leadership. Friendly, family like experience. Cons: none come to mind!
My family has been going to this Camp since it opened in 1922. The leadership throughout the years has been dedicated and hard working. The camp has only grown and improved with time. Focus is on friendship and kindness towards others, and a solid, positive summer experience. My summers there were the happiest times of my childhood and I remember them fondly. I plan to send my own children there and continue the family tradition.

Finest Staff Anywhere
by soxfan34 ,Jun 18 '06
Pros: The camp is located in a beautiful setting. The pond and boathouse are picturesque. Cons: There are simply no cons that I have seen in ten years of visiting.
My son has been attending Camp Woodstock for several years. I can honestly say that the leadership of this camp is better than any day or overnight camp I have ever seen. If you want your child to be guided by decent and honorable people who truly care about kids and look to build character you need look no further than Camp Woodstock. While many camps are located in nice settings what makes Camp Woodstock unique is the quality of the people and the relationships that can be made for life.

One of a Kind
by jphineas ,Jun 07 '05
Pros: The people, the facilities and the people. Cons: None
If you are reading these reviews trying to determine whether or not you should send you child to Camp Woodstock, let me allay your fears. Camp Woodstock is without a doubt one of the finest summer camps in all of America. The staff is professional, caring, and deeply proud to be Woodstocker's. The program is enriching and enjoyable without being competitive. The setting is idyllic. Woodstock sits on a nearly private pond surrounded by tall pines. The air is clean, the water pure and the facilities are in excellent condition.
