The Bottom Line: If you don't mind the Gangsta look, a better car than the GL450's dowdy, yesteryear styling. With this car, in every way, too much is never enough.
First, and though I'd prefer otherwise, it is difficult to remember that it is a car, not a chapel. Buying something like this requires effort to recall that one has not conquered Everest, written a novel, or in fact done anything at all worth ...

Pros: Acceleration, comfort, handling, elegant styling, solid feel, simple yet elegant controls.
Cons: small side mirrors, reflection of circular air ducts on side glass is distracting.
The Bottom Line: Highly recommend this car. I test drove Lexus GX, Toyota Land Cruiser, BMWX5. GL was best combination of ride, comfort, price and best gas mileage rating.
I have had my GL for 4 months and have just over 10k miles. It has turned out to be everything I expected. Great acceleration (some of my passengers are startled with the quickness when I get on the highway), comfortable, sure footed in snow conditions ...
